My sessions focus on what your better future looks like, what your unique solutions are.

While our challenges may well be similar, you will have your own specific and unique ways forward - we work together to enable you to discover what they are.

Rather than focussing on your problems, we look towards your better future. When we do this, you are already facing the right direction to move forward in the way you want to.

More than a therapist

A background in Education, Safeguarding and as an Assistant Headteacher means I have dealt for many years with people suffering from a huge range of challenges.

First and foremost among these was Anxiety - often drastically affecting attendance and educational outcomes for the young people involved. This has led me to explore practical and real ways to help not just young people, but all people, face their specific challenges.

When working with you the focus is always on your better future, not the problem itself. Analysing your problem again and again does not move you to where you need to be. If you want to be an expert in your problem then I am not the therapist for you.

Being a business owner, I tend to get very stressed with workload, and running the day to day things. I store all of this stress then go home and pretend everything is all OK when inside I feel like I'm being consumed by a range of emotions and thoughts.
